Tea al fresco / Teestunde im Grünen

For today's Tea I will show a Limoges tea set, I have never used before. Sandi@Rose Chintz Cottage hosts a Teatime in honor of Anne of Green Gables. This tea is romantic enough for that.  

Heute zeige ich ein Limoges-Teeservice, das ich noch nie benutzt habe. Sandi@Rose Chintz Cottage gibt einen Tee zu Ehren von Anne of Green Gables. Dieses Teeservice ist romantisch genug dafür.

I have set the tea table in front of my Agapanthus. Isn't that a great background?

Ich habe den Teetisch vor meinen Agapanthus gedeckt. Ist das nicht ein toller Hintergrund?

I don't know much about this tea set. It was gifted to me from a Lady. The handles and sprouts are special.  

Ich weiß wenig über dieses Teeservice. Eine Dame schenkte es mir.Die Griffe und Tüllen sind speziell.

This is the bottom mark from the set. The saucers are unmarked. I learned on ebay, that this bottom mark is from "Porcelaine de Limoges de Chatre sur Cher".  There was a similar shaped but different patterned set with a different bottom mark from 1960. But I think, this one is older, maybe 1935. Every  information is appreciated.

Das ist die Bodenmarke auf dem Service. Die Untertassen sind ohne Marke. Ich habe auf ebay erfahren, dass das Service von  "Porcelaine de Limoges de Chatre sur Cher" ist. Dort gab es ein genauso geformtes, aber anders gemustertes Service mit einem anderen Stempel von 1960. Aber ich denke, dieses ist älter, vielleicht von 1935. Informationen sind willkommen.

Did you know: Astrid Lindgren's "Pippi Longstocking" was inspired by Anne of Green Gables. But how different developed her story, compared to her big sister. What both had in common was a life in the nature. I made this photo last weekend in the German region "Vogelsberg".  

Wusstest du, dass Astrid Lindgrens zu ihrer "Pippi Langstrumpf" von Anne of Green Gables inspiriert wurde? Aber wie unterschiedlich hat sich diese Geschichte entwickelt, verglichen mit ihrer großen Schwester. Was beide gemeinsam hatten, war ein Leben in der Natur. Ich habe am Wochenende dieses Foto im Vogelsberg gemacht.
