Süße Kleinigkeit - Sweet Nothing

Bei der Hitze möchte man nichts backen. Deshalb ein erfrischendes kleines Dessert, das ganz schnell und einfach geht.

In this heat one wouln'd like to bake anything. Therefore, a little refreshing dessert, which is quick and easy.

Ich habe dafür diese Weck-Ministurzgläser benutzt. In diese kleinen Weck-Gläser passen 80 ml. Man kann darin richtig einkochen oder einfach kleine Nachtische zubereiten, wie Panna Cotta oder anderes.

I used the Weck mini jars. In these little Weck jars fit 80 ml.  You can make proper preserves in it or simply prepare small desserts, such as panna cotta or something else.

Das sind die einzelnen Schritte fürs Dessert:

1. Schokokeks (Oreo oder ähnliches)

2. Eine Lage Erdbeerjoghurt,

3. Banane in Scheibchen,

4. Mit Erdbeerjoghurt bedecken,

5. Schokokeks darüber.

Wer will, kann es zuklammern zum Aufbewahren im Kühlschrank. Das Dessert sollte mindestens einen Tag vorher bereitet werden, damit die Kekse durchweichen. 

These are the steps for dessert:

1. Chocolate chip cookie (Oreo or similar)

2. A layer strawberry yogurt,

3. Banana slices,

4. Cover with strawberry yogurt,

5. Top it with another Chocolate cookie..

If you want, you can close it with Weck-clips for storage in the fridge. The dessert should be prepared at least one day in advance so that the cookies soften.

Oben drauf liegt das letzte Veilchen aus meinem Garten: Viola hederacea, das australische Veilchen. Es ist nicht winterhart, sondern muss im Zimmer überwintern. Es blüht überreich und treibt viele Ausläufer. Wer einen Ableger haben möchte, braucht sich nur melden.

On top of it is the last violets from my garden: Viola hederacea, the Australian violets. It is not hardy, but must spend the winter in the room. It blooms profusely and drives many offshoots. If you want a little plant (and your country allows the import) just give me a message.
